Chart not updating

Hi,

Chart dont update after trying reload all historical data.

Hit the reload hist data but chart was still loading data ... after several minutes.
I closed NT and restart but chart looks frozen in time.

ES
NT 7.0.1000.31
TWS IB
Windows Xp

Thought it was solve, it was not

Cant reload historical data the loading data is freezing, since i switch to es 12-16

Prior to rolling over to ES 12-16 did you modify the rollover date within the Instrument Manager?

If you did not to properly rollover the ES, NQ, TF, and YM the rollover date will need to be manually adjusted.

i did change the dates but i have repetitive panic message saying 5 minutes before request data....ib violation blabla.

error on loading chart data for 6C 06-14 Globex IB Eorr in requesting histo data from IB 200

I didnt even ask for 06-14 i asked for 12-16

Can you check within your workspace(s) to verify you do not have a chart attempting to load data going back to 2014 which when reloading would request data for that expiry 06-14.
