Error on installing current version
I'm installing the current version after receiving the "mandatory upgrade" message from my broker. I'm installing over a previous version of 6.5, and get this error message...."A network error occurred while attempting to read the file...C:\DOCUME~1\Dave\LOCALS~1\Temp\tmpF94.tmp". How do I fix this???Tags: None

Please follow the instructions below to accomplish a successful download of the NinjaTrader application.- Within your web browser (Internet Explorer for most users) select the menu Tools > Internet Options
- Delete your browsing history
- Attempt the download again
- Repeat above instructions
- Use a different browser such as Firefox and attempt to download

Then I would suggest a complete uninstall and reinstall.
Uninstall from the Add/Remove programs and then complete the steps below:
- Manually delete the folders located in C:\Program Files\NinjaTrader Version 6 (if it is there) and from Start --> My Documents --> NinjaTrader 6.5
- Delete any NinjaTrader installation files if you saved them. This can be done from going to Start -> My Computer -> Search button -> search for (NinjaTrader*) -> select Local C Disk and then press search.
- then will need to clear internet browser and cache. Via your internet browser, clear the cache/history (with IE, Tools-->Options, delete cookies and files, clear history)
- Try reinstall

Similar Problem
I've been running into a similar issue when trying to install the latest version. I get a message that reads....
"The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click ok to try again or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package tmp10.tmp in the box below."
Other versions ran great, but I'm stumped about what to do. I've read through other threads and tried uninstalling. I can't uninstall because of a similar message. Any thoughts?

For some reason, it still didn't work. I installed the .net SDK from the referenced post and changed the intranet zone to fully trusted, but no dice. I reinstalled the 6.0.1000.11 version to get something working, but I would like to use 6.5. Thanks for any help you can offer.
