.NET Framework Question

I am running a machine with Windows 10 OS. Microsoft released an OS update recently which I installed. Apparrently, the .NET framework was updated with it. My machine is now running .NET framework 4.6.2.

This morning I tried to run NT7 and I received a message saying the app needs .NET 3.5 (image attached).

My Question
If I change the NT7 app to target .NET 4.6.2 will NT7 operate properly?

Thank you for the question.

In some cases windows 10 comes with .net 3.5 disabled by default, NinjaTrader 7 would require this to run.

To re enable .net 3.5, you would need to complete the following steps:

• Open the Control panel and locate the Programs and Features menu.
• On the Top Left of this window you will see "Turn windows features on or off", click this and it will open a new window.
• Check the box next to .net framework 3.5 and click OK.
• This will take some time and likely ask for a computer restart.

After this completes, you should be able to re install and open the platform.

Correct, you would need to enable .net 3.5 as this was developed with .net 3.5.
