how to change the starting/ending hour & day for the week

hi sir

how may i change the starting hour / ending hour + start day / end day for the week timeframe charting in NT7 ?

i.e. i want to get a WEEKLY chart for #CL from 1030 am EST on Wednesday till 1029 am EST next Wednesday.

Hello,

The hours reflected on a chart throughout the week are determined by the Session Template in use. You could change the Session Template to a different setting, or make your own custom session template.

sir , i guess you get me wrong!

i want to setup a template that start the week from Wednesday 1030 am est and ends by next Wednesday 1030 am est.
i tried to setup the template by starting with Wednesday 1030 am est and ending the week by Wednesday 1030 am est , but it keeps re-arranging the session template to start by monday-monday !

how can i force the template to start from the day/hour i decide ?

I do see the same on my end as well when attempting to create this session template, the days re-order themselves to begin on the standard week. Unfortunately, it will not be possible to create a session template that begins midweek in this manner.

Weekly chart and daily chart

I have a question.

How come my weekly bars begin on Fridays? Can I change that into Mondays?

And when I draw a box around a weekly bar, I expect to see the box containing 5 daily bars in the daily chart, but I see only 3 bars (see below).



I have checked the session template, but I can't see anything wrong with it...

Thank you for your patience while I looked into this,

Weekly bars labeled with information from the end of week and not banging, there's not a method to change that to the beginning of the week.

I'm not seeing the same behavior on my end regarding the drawing object on weekly bars. When plotting the rectangle, if you open the Properties menu and select Data, do the dates there list with the correct amount of days apart?

Also, are you able to verify via the Tools > Historical Data window that you do indeed have access to the missing days? Are this days on the chart itself and just outside of the rectangle?
