    Cannot download from NT website

    I need help downloading "NinjaTrader 8 Release Candidate 1". I've never been able to download to this computer from the NT website.

    Darn, never mind, as soon as I sent this . . . ok, until NOW, I've never been able to download from the NT website.

        I have just experienced similar problem - trying to download NT8 RC2 with licence starting with @SIM rendered an error on the website. When I changed to live licence it downloaded it with no problem (note: both licences are valid).

          Thank you for your post,

          I suggest clearing your browsers cache data and trying the download again, I was able to download successfully on my end with our simulation key.

          If you do see the same error, could you please post a screen shot along with the @SIM license key? I've copied the full sim key below.

          @SIM-A82F-D583-40B1-AE74-B79F-705D-1952

            So if you are asking me to post screenshot with a key does it mean these simulation keys are not individual?
            NB: clearing browser cache and trying in 2 other web browser didn't help either with my sim key, but yours works just fine

              There's only one @SIM key given to all users who install the free version, they are not individual.

              We did change the @Sim key some months back so it may be that you have the older @Sim key saved.

                It could to be the case then:


                the key is slightly different (1 letter to be exact)

                    Yes, it looks like you do have the older @Sim key and I can confirm I see the same behavior on my end.

                    I'll reach out to the team that manages our website to see if the older key should be rejected by the site but accepted by the platform. Likely, we'll be going away from the older key so I suggest to move over the to the newer key from my previous response.
