    Ninjatrader gets freezing when it starts

    Hi,

    Windows 10
    Last version Ninjatrader

    HI had a big issue. Last week my Ninjatrader start freezing when start the aplication. I turn off and on and was going on ok... finally I had to uninstall with the steps you gave and install new but I put the backup of my workspace. Only after 2 weeks is doing the same, but now it can not start, it just get freezing all time, what I did before this was to install ninjacator indicator, one that I tried already lots of times and was totally ok

    Can you help me, please?

    Hello noyss,

    Can you please send me both your log and trace files for today, so I can investigate. Log and trace files can be found at the following locations. Please attach the files in your email and send it to "platformsupport [at] ninjatrader [dot] com". Put 'Att Jason, Ninjatrader gets freezing when it starts' in the subject header.

    Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Log--> log.20160928 for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)

    Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Trace--> trace.20160928 for today. (trace.yyyymmdd for any other date)

        I believe I received your email and I responded to it. I am trying to find it, but I am unsuccessful so far. Around what time did you sent the files. Do you perhaps have a ticket number?
