    Error loading stock charts for few symbols

    Hi,

    I use NT8 with IB data feed. I have many stock charts open running fine with IB, but ETSY and HAWK (which trade on the NASDAQ), I get the following error:

    Error: Historical Market Data Services error message: No data type for EODCharts is available for exchange 'CBOE' and security type "Stock"....

    Which makes no sense since this is a NASDAQ stock and I chart other NASDAQ stocks fine. Any ideas?

    Could you please send the log and trace from your platform to look further into this inquiry.


    Please send me your log and trace files from within NinjaTrader. Go to Control Center-->Help-->EMail Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Att Shawn', in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'. Also, give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.

        Well, after I sent via the control center I got these errors in my email:

        1. This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

        A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
        recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

        [email protected]
        host mx1.emailsrvr.com [173.203.187.1]
        SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<[email protected]>:
        550 5.7.1 <[email protected]>: Relay access denied (G8)

        2. A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
        recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

        [email protected]
        host mx1.emailsrvr.com [173.203.187.1]
        SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:
        550 5.7.1 Email rejected per DMARC policy for yahoo.com (G15)

        Maybe it did go through....

          Hello Stok,

          Unfortunately, we have not yet received your log and trace files.


          Please send an email to platformsupport [at] ninjatrader [dot] com with your log and trace files included as an attachment to the email, so I may investigate this matter further.


          • Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
          • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
          • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
          • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.



          Put 'Att Shawn', in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'. Also, give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.
