This would be unexpected if you're connected to a data provider that offers both tick and minute historical data.
Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.
Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

Thank you for your reply,
I see, based on what you're describing, you may be experiencing a disconnection from the Rithmic historical data server.
When this occurs, are you able to right click in the chart and select "Reload all historical data" or is the option grayed out?
