how properly to setup an Automated trading? I'm using N T 7.0.1000,31; and trading with Interactive Brokers.

Hi Patrick H.
Here it is. I have a strategy which gives me sygnals so I trade manually, with the help of an ATM strategy. Now, if in a code instead of 'alert ' I will write 'open position' will it be enough to make it trafe automatically or should I change something in a setting additionally?

Thank you for your response.

It sounds like you are using an indicator for your signals. This means you would actually need to develop a strategy in NinjaScript that uses the same logic as the indicator. You cannot simply add EnterLong() for example to make the indicator a strategy.

If you would like to take on learning NinjaScript, we have a fully documented help guide which will help you get started with Ninja Script. You will find language references to all of the methods and functions you will be using. You will also see a tutorial section which will help you create your first indicator and get you started with some of these concepts.
