i leased the platform so i could live trade, then sent a wire that was returned. tried to get help but all lead to dead end. So, i start trying to figure it out on my on and change the username and password with a username and account number (didn't have a clue what to do) and then couldnt live trade anymore. so contacted nt again on several issues including live trading, but said the demo is expired. So now im wondering what did i just spend $200 + leasing, if i cant live trade or wire money? by the way, this is day 13 since

Thank you for your post.

Data does not come from NinjaTrader License keys. You would need to have a connection to a brokerage account or data feed with a supported broker or data feed to load data in NinjaTrader. When you're connected to your brokerage account or data feed in NinjaTrader, then you will see live data as long as your brokerage account is active and subscribed to data. If you are in the process of funding an account, you would need to complete that process, then you would be sent a username and a link to create a password for your account.

Live license keys allow the ability to select a live account for live trades if you are connected to a live brokerage account.
