unknown Beep !

not sure this is in the right category.
but ninja 7 is making an unknown beep about every 5 minutes.
i think it is related to this entry in the log.
seems like every time there is a beep, there is an entry "position" in the log.
how to turn it off?

Thank you for your post.

Please open the Alerts window by going to File-->New-->Alerts to check for any alerts that may be generated. Next check your indicator settings to verify if there are any indicators that are generating these alerts.

Also be sure to check other Workspaces you may have open and running in the background as well to see if there are any indicators that is generating this alert. You can see all open Workspaces by going to File-->Workspaces and all open workspaces will be listed at the bottom.

it seems like the beep is related to the indicator "lin alert" but i have gone into "drawing tools" and deleted all lines, and other drawing tools but the beep still occurs.
also, i have re-loading the chart template.
not sure how to track this down.

i do have a lin alert indicator set on the ES and GC.
but i went into the ES chart and "removed all drawing objects" in the Drawing tools window.
but still i get an alert for that window and line crossing ? see attached

Are you using a 3rd party indicator to generate these alerts when price crosses the line? If so can you remove the indicator as well within all workspaces and let me know if you still see these alerts.
