Where is my market replay data?

    Where is my market replay data?

    I've followed the help guide for downloading market replay data but I'm not getting anything. Also, I've checked after enabling playback connection.

    I'm new to trading and getting started.

    Hello Konflict,
    • Please right-click the Market Replay controller and select Available Data.
    • Click the plus next to the instrument you are playing back to shown the available time and dates.
    • Take a screenshot of this window with the time and dates showing
    • Also please take a screenshot of your chart.
    • Post the screenshots to your next reply.


    To send a screenshot with Windows 7 or newer I would recommend using Window's Snipping Tool.

    Alternatively to send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screenshot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.

        Hello Konflict,

        For future reference, below I am providing a link to the NinjaTrader 8 Beta section of the forums.


        I am not showing you have downloaded any market replay data at all.
        In the screenshot, the Historical Data Manager is showing you have not downloaded any data.

        To download data select the load tab.


        Note that NinjaTrader 8 beta items fall secondary in priority to NinjaTrader 7 inquiries.
        Per the NinjaTrader 8 beta help guide: Bug reports will be reviewed by our support and development staff inside of a 48 hour period.

          I've been trying to do that. The problem still persist.

          I didn't realize that I was under the wrong sub til now. Thank you for helping me.
