    Ninja stopped working

    Hi,

    I've got a problem with Ninja in Windows 10. It had been functioning for a whole week but suddenly stopped working. I don't know what to do, I'v already tried to uninstall and install many times and nothing. Is there any incompatibility problem? Thanks, Jan.

    Hello Jan,

    Windows 10 is a supported operating system. Can you please send me both your log and trace files for today so I can investigate. Log and trace files can be found at the following locations.

    Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Log--> log.20161017 for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)

    Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Trace--> trace.20161017 for today. (trace.yyyymmdd for any other date)

    Please attach the files in your email and send it to platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Put 'Att Jason, Ninja stopped working' in the subject field of the email.
