Orders not submitted to IB TWS

Dear NT,

I am connected to IB TWS via API but the orders submitted was stuck within NT with Pending Submit status. I was able to submit orders in the past. Any reason for that and how can I fix this?

Are you using OCO?

If OCO is left enabled and an order closes, the next order will be stuck in PendingSubmit.

When an order is submitted with OCO enabled it will use a particular OCO ID. If OCO is not unchecked, it will continue using that OCO ID when entering new orders.
With some brokers, if an order is filled or cancelled using an OCO ID, all orders from that point forward using that OCO ID will be ignored.
This means that it is very important that once you've placed a pair of orders with OCO, that you uncheck OCO.

To clear stuck live orders, disconnect from all connections and then reconnect.
To clear stuck Sim101 orders, click Tools -> Options... -> Simulator -> Reset... -> OK.

Thanks for the quick response. Nope, OCO is not enabled in my order.
