IQ feed + FXCM

    IQ feed + FXCM

    Hello there,

    I did start using FXCM account. As data feed I do use IQ data feed.
    So, First I connect to IQ feed then I connecting to FXCM.
    The problem is , any trade I do , I can see only in NT fxcm account but not on their account. I do writing first here and describing what I do befor I will contact them, just bcs make sure I do everything right.

    Hello Jake,

    I assume you cannot select your FXCM account in order entry windows. The account field is stuck on Sim101.

    Can you please make sure your live license key is entered at Control Center-->Help-->License Key. Subsequently uncheck 'Global Simulation Mode' at Control Center-->File.

    You will now be able to select your live account in order entry windows (SuperDOM, ChartTrader, etc) and trade it. As long as 'Global Simulation Mode' is disabled you can switch between the sim account and live account. If enabled, it will have the Sim101 selected - greyed out - which cannot be changed.

      Thanks for reply.

      This is not a problem. I can select fxcm account but any money what I made isnt showed in FXCM account. Only in nt. I was writing here , just for make sure , If I connecting both account right in nt ( never connect two account at same time before ) After your answer it looks like positive. SO I will conntact them . btw I have life time licence key for nt

        I see, thank you for clarifying.

        Yes, please contact FXCM for any account related inquiries. Unfortunately we cannot check this on our end.

        I do not see the issue related to connecting to both IQFeed and FXCM in NinjaTrader.

          So I got a answer.

          So, if I first connect to IQ feed or other data feed and then I connecting to FXCM, demo accounts dont comunicate with their TS account. Stefan told me, that live account dont have any problem like that.
