Can you tell me more about the data you are loading?

Does this occur on all instruments or just particular instruments?

Is this from a chart window? If so, what is the interval of your chart? For example, 1 day, 5 minute, 150 tick, 4 range, etc.

If you reduce the days to load on your chart, does the issue persist?

have same problem sp500 and cl petrol oil after open my chart this error apear

a use tick data in 233 tick and 610 tick

yes after can reduce chart not have this error

It was discovered that this error was occurring due to CL historical data from 11/4. This issue was resolved when we switched our clients to a different historical data server.

Have you restarted NinjaTrader since this first occurred? If not, please restart NinjaTrader.

now have this error and have long time to start ninjatrader with workspaces take long time 30 minute to start with 2 panel chart need to optimized a thinks muth long time to start

Please write a message to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com. Follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your email so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
