Cannot find Primary License Server

Hello Support,
Today my NT7 reported the above error, then it starts in simulation mode.
To make matters worse my connection is gone, left Kinetick the other three (simulation, external and replay). And license group is now under Collective2. My live license is multibroker live.

No setting has been changed on my router. My internet connection is fine. My browser is working fine.

How can I recover? What to do?

Thank you for your post,

First, make sure you are on the current version of NinjaTrader, 7.0.1000.32 as this will be needed to see all available providers (check via Help > About), downloadable below

Note: Make sure to shut down NinjaTrader before upgrading.

If you're already on the current version, The first thing I would recommend doing is exiting NinjaTrader and restarting your modem/router.

If you have an antivirus/firewall installed you will want to add NinjaTrader to it's exceptions list.

If you still see the same after taking these steps, please write in to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post.

Shutdown all PCs, power down and restart router.
NT working now.
