    error when launch NT7

    i have an error when i launch NT 7

    Thank you for your note.

    Could you please try to rename your database and launch NinjaTrader again?

    You can rename your database by following the steps below.

    Shutdown NinjaTrader and Go to the Start Menu
    Select My Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> DB--> NinjaTrader.SDF.
    Right click on NinjaTrader.SDF and select "Rename." *Name it "OLDNinjaTrader.SDF."
    Then restart the software and NinjaTrader will create a fresh database file to use
    Unfortunately the following items stored in the old database will be lost - ATM Strategy templates, Session templates, Instrument Lists / Custom Instruments, historical trade execution data, saved Strategy Analyzer backtest results
    To prevent running into situations where you can potentially lose important data, we advise to run regular backups via our inbuilt backup feature in NinjaTrader.

      Thx for the reply but how can i make a backup if i cannot run NT 7 ?

      To be honest, this a big problem if, i don't know why, i cannot run NT7 and i lose all wy work...

        Thank you for the reply.

        You can rename your Database without creating a backup. This will not cause you to lose your configuration or other important information. You can create a copy of your documents folder (My Documents > NinjaTrader 7) if you wish. Please follow the steps in my previous post and let us know if this allows you to launch the platform successfully.

          Hi

          yes i launch now the Platform but i lost a lot of work... and above all, when i try to lauch a strategy / new strategiy / general / account : only the Sim101 appears, not my AMP account... but when a go on the "Accounts" tab i can see my amp connection cqg account.

          Can you help ?
