e-signal data loading problem

Hi, I am using e-signal on NT7 and have had it running for a long time but suddenly this week it now refuses to load any data onto charts. I have no idea what it could be as I did not make changes to my PC or set up.

It appears that signal is connecting as I get a green light and ticks are flashing live but trying to open a chart it just won't load the data. I have now tried a full delete and re-install of NT7 but this did not fix the issue. The log is showing that esignal connects but then an error message pops up 'Connection to Ninja Trader historical market data server lost. A connection attempt failed etc......'

This the alternates messages repeatedly with a connection message followed by the connection failure message.


Any ideas?

I'd like to see your log and trace files. Please send me a note to platformsupport (at) ninjatrader (dot) com. Attach your most current log and trace files to the email, and put a link to this forum post in the body of the email. Please note "ATTN: Drew" in the body of the response.

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

The log file will be named "log.20161201.txt"

You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

The trace file will be named "trace.20161201.txt"
