Can not reach CQG orders through Ninja Trader

    Can not reach CQG orders through Ninja Trader

    Can not reach AMP/CQG orders through Ninja Trader

    Using the IP address NT game me (208.48.16.200) it looks like it can reach that address but says it is destination unreachable. But when I tracert the final destination (4.15.85.194) it goes there okay. Anyone here at NT have this problem before? Thanks.

    Using a reverse IP lookup this is what I get:

        I'd like to look into your log and trace files and also test your connection on my end.

        You can send me your files by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

        Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.

        Please reference the following ticket number in the body of the email: 1616915 ATTN Patrick G

            Unfortunately I have not yet received your files.

            Please write into PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com and include a link to this forum post and "1616915 ATTN Patrick G.

            Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.
            • Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
            • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
            • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
            • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
