Ninjatrader brokerage emailed me to say:
Your Market Data Enablement request has been processed and the submitted user id is now enabled for your selected exchange market data.
I setup the data feed in Ninjatrader 7 exactly as instructed on your website that I was given, but when I try to connect to Ninjatrader Continuum on my laptop (which this new account was created for), I get the following error message:
Login failed: Unspecified Error
