    Problem with "CLOSE" button on Chart Trader

    Hi,

    I'm using Live License, version 6.5.1000.5.

    I've place an order via Chart Trader with ATM (for profit target and stop lost order).

    My order got filled, and both of targets are pending on the chart which is great

    After watching the market i've decided to take my profit first before my actually profit target set by ATM, so i hit the "CLOSE" button on the chart trader, it remove both of my ATM orders, but i'm still in a open position, so i decided to hit again the "CLOSE" button again , my position were close, but it open a new positions again. So i hit the "CLOSE" button again to exit the unwanted positions. The gap between first hit and the second hit on the "CLOSE" button was 10 seconds. This was live account with gain.

    So my position was still open up to 10 seconds after hitting the "CLOSE" button.

    Can you guys make this close button to close the position ASAP and not take new trade?

    It should close your position.

    Can you please send us your log so we can take a look to see what happened.

    You can find the log here: My Documents--> NinjaTrader 6.5--> Log--> log.20080729 (for today)

          Hi,

          Under what name have you sent your log?


          Otherwise please resend it and put 'For Vince' in the subject. I will look for your first email then as well.
