MIssing Data

Hello,

I am using CQG through AMP for data and I have a simple 1 instrument basic OHLC chart showing nyse advancers ( ^ADV ) that gives me data SOMETIMES. This is the hardest chart to load consistently. Some days, like today, I have to reload several times, disconnect / reconnect, and eventually restart NT in order to finally get the data by hit or miss. This can take 15 minutes.

In the same 'bundle' of data is the TICK, which does not give me this problem. It is working when the ^ADV is not.

Is there a best practice that I can use to avoid all of this?
I start NT, connect, then open my live workspace.

I have a lifetime lic. and I'm on version 7...0000.31

This could be caused by a number of items. We can review your log and trace to see if there is information regarding why this is occurring.

Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred. You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support. Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
