MBT FX Not Connecting

Hi,

Completed the forced migration to MBT Navigator 11.1.0.2. Am running NT 6.5.1000.5 Live, Multi-Broker, Lifetime license. NT will not connect to MBT FX. Log reports connecting and that's as far as it gets.

I can connect directly using only MBT Navigator so it's not an account issue on the MBT side.

Am trading from my standby gain account but this is not ideal.

Any idea on when this will be fixed.

Also, it appears that the forced migration to MBT 11.1.0.2 was somewhat of a surprise. Can this be avoided in the future?

I know I received an email after the MB update from MB about re-download and re-installing the navigator as they messed up their update. You may need to do just that, as I had to as well.

NT has no control whether MBT update their software SDK.

MBT FX - Still Not Connecting

Downloaded MBT software again as of 4:20 central time, July 30th. Reinstalled but NT still will not connect.

Does anyone else with a live account at MBT FX have this problem?

Hello Cory,

This is an issue I encountered with the upgrades of both softwares. The steps I took to get connected are as follows.

• Uninstall MBT Navigator
• Remove MBT account connection from NinjaTrader
• Repair NinjaTrader database
• Disconnect NinjaTrader from any open connections via File > Disconnect
• From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Options
• Select the "Misc" tab
• Press the "Repair DB" button
• Press the "OK" button
• Reinstall MBT Navigator from the link I have placed below
• Re-create your MBTrading account connection in NinjaTrader
• Connect to MBTrading

MBT FX - Still Not Connecting

Very Frustrated Now - Followed your instructions to the letter yet MBT Forex will not connect. Again Log shows connecting but connection never occurs.

MBT FX - Still Not Connecting

Completely uninstalled both MBT and NT including all database files, etc. Installed MBT and NT clean and still the same problem.

MBT FX - New Login Info Fixed Issue

MBT had to reissue new login info in order for login to complete. Things work great now.
