Zen Fire login failure

    Zen Fire login failure

    I'm unable to log in to the Zen Fire feed on my demo account. Message says:

    Login failed: Please check your account connection parameters and your internet connection.

    My account connection parameters are the same as always and my internet connection is fine.

    Has my demo account expired? Says its good until 2099.

        also having problem connecting to Zen fire

        hi

        i just got a demo account with amp using zen-fire as the engine.

        however i have the same problem of not being able to connect to zen-fire.

        i have followed the instruction given by amp and the ninja-trader guide.

        anything else i need to do. thanks

          Hello prorege,

          Try removing your current connection and recreate a new one and check if this will make a difference.

          Can you please tell me if you receive an error message upon connecting to Zen-Fire. If so, please tell me what the message states.

            hi jason

            i still have the same error after i deleted the previous connection and recreate a new one.

            The error msg is still the same

            " Login failed: please check your account connection parameters and your internet connection "

              Please send a note to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com including your Zen-Fire login credentials. That way we can test your connection on our end to check if your credentials are valid.

              If so, you will need to check for software, such as (corporate) firewalls, pop up blockers and anti-virus software that could be blocking the connection.
