No DOM data for market replay

Hi,

I haven't used market replay in a long time. Today I downloaded data L1 + L2 for CL & ES current contracts. There are no errors in the log.

But when I connect to market replay and start the data, the chart updates correctly but the DOM doesn't have any L1 or L2 data. The price updates correctly on the DOM so I know it has data and the contract is correct.



Any ideas what could be going wrong?

I'd like to see your log and trace files. Please send me a note to platformsupport (at) ninjatrader (dot) com. Attach your most current log and trace files to the email, and put a link to this forum post in the body of the email. Please note "ATTN: Drew" in the body of the response.

You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

The log file will be named "log.20170212.txt"

You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

The trace file will be named "trace.20170212.txt"

There should be 2 files in your data folder.

The file you seek should be Nt2.

Yep, it's there. I've used the DOM in market replay before a long time ago, so I feel like maybe there is a problem right now.

Scroll the dom up or down. You might find the bid/ask there. I would always find it off in NT7 after a day or 2 of replay.

In other words in your picture, it might be at 2280 bid/ask. See if you can see if it is that problem where it's just really off.

Bring up the Level II chart and see if it displays anything also.
