    failed connection

    Hi,

    for an unknown reason my zen fire data feed is not working anymore.

    I get the following error message :

    Unable to connect to Ninjatrader data server (64.202.118.132/31654) : Unknown host

    What should I do ?

    Hello,

    Thank you for your post.

    If the issue presists please remove the connection and add it back using the information provided by your connectivity provider and these steps:


    However it may be that their sever was down briefly and will be back up soon.

      I am getting the same error. Tried removing connection and adding again. Any other tips? Been getting same error for a few hours now.

        Hi,

        I'm having the same problem as well, cant connect to Ninja Trader Historical Data server for forex, i'm using live gain account.

        Is NT Server down?

        Need to connect NT server as soon as possible, because i'm depending on NT server to trade live for the historical data..

          I'm having the same kind of problem. I can connect but the data isn't bring stored on my chart and the historical data is missing for several days. Tried sending an email through NT but it failed due to bad connection.

            We had some trouble with the data server. Should be working again now. Sorry for the hassle...
