Upon trying to connect to Forex.com with NT7, I followed the connection guide here:
It appears that this information is not correct, or is no longer valid. I sent Forex.com my "rebrand" form, and waited. And waited. Finally, I contacted them on chat. The transcript is attached.
The chat support said that I do not need to rebrand my account - that it is not necessary. He said to use the brand code ZECO.
I haven't had a chance to try this. If it does not work, I will report back. I am using TradeKing as an introducing broker to Forex.com. So, maybe my case is special.
