    DLL market order interface problem

I have in the past have written a successful program utilizing a third party application to interface with NT using the DLL and was able to place orders etc.
In the above case, I was using a free NT and a broker simulator.
I have now installed the latest paid NT and using AMP as my broker, in trying to run the same program, the following market order line returns a 0 but no rders get placed neither do I get any error messages.
I am using the correct account number since the RealizedPnL returns the correct number. I can also subscribe and get quotes etc. but not able to place market orders, I have also turned off the order confirmation.
Any tips on where to look further?

    thanks

No error messages, in fact placing a dll order does not even generate a message but, what I saw was this one:
      Automated trading disabled
How can I change that setting, that maybe causing it?

Why is my File menu missing the ATI sub menu?!
So does the Options window, is missing the ATI Tab?!
Although dll loaded and can get quote etc. but
        ('NtDirect','Connected',1)

        ans =

          Thanks.

You must be using the free NT Direct Edition which is only available at Zen-Fire based brokers. This free version is crippled in that ATM strategies and the ATI is disabled. You would need to purchase a live license to enable this for live trading.

Ahh OK, I thought since I can place Dome orders freely, then it must be a paid version!
I'll talk to broker tomorrow and see if they can deduct the fee from my account to pay for the license, since overseas, can't pay NT directly.
            thanks

Will standard credit card payment not work? We can take payment directly or through wire transfer as well. If these options will work, please send not to sales <a> ninjatrader (dt) com.

Please send to sales, I don't accept PM's in the forum thus it will never make it to me.

I did not receive anything, just send to sales and someone in the company for sure will receive it.

                      Thanks.

How about the AMP NT/TT package, would that have the same ATI feature disabled too as does NT/ZEN or not?
                          thanks

I don't know what that package is.

What I can say is that ONLY Direct Edition which is ONLY available for Zen-Fire has these features disabled.

                              Hi Ray,

I noticed that this post has a date from a year ago.

                              Is this still accurate?

Does this mean that if I choose AMP as a broker and I use the Zen feed, I cannot use ATI even if I pay additional for a Ninja subscriptions?

                              Thanks in advance,
                              C
