Pats connection under account connections disappeared

Hi

I was hoping someone can provide me some info about what may have occurred.

I have Ninja with PATS feed. This morning when trying to login i do not have a PATS connection in my account connections window.

Can someone tell me how to recreate it? I followed the self help video, but i dont have a PATS connection in the drop down.

I already have my settings and port numbers.

any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for your post.

I am assuming that you are attempting to create a Pats connection and you are not able to see Patsystems in the list of Providers.

Do you have your license entered into Help>License Key? If so verify that you used proper caps and have no extra spaces entered. I recommend manually enterring it.

Next, go to your firewall and confirm that you have allowed NinjaTrader access to the internet to validate the license.

If the problem presists please send an email to support at ninjatrader dot com, and include your license key so I can test it. Please reference this discussion in your email to us.

Thanks for responding. I checked my firewall (it's off). The license file was in all caps and in the settings.

I sent a email to Ninja support and am waiting for a reply. I was hoping for some remote help.
