Eurex Bobl Future contract not refreshing on chart

Hi,

I have a demo NT7 account with CQG data feed. While Euro Stoxx and Bund charts are working fine for 03-17, the Bobl chart is not updating and it's not coming up on the Order tab as well. But if I close the chart and start again, it updates/shows the price until that point. After that it won't update.

I've tried resetting instruments and clearing NinjaTrader7 chache. But it doesn't work. The log file is showing "CQG.Adapter.SubscribeMarketDataResolve: DLH7 is not enabled for real-time quotes and trading" Default error message.

Please help.

Thank you for your post.

What instrument (and expiry if applicable) have you selected?

It sounds like you are able to receive historical data for this instrument, since the price updates after closing and opening, but you are not receiving live data for the instrument.

I would like to test on my side to see if I'm able to get live data for the instrument.

Hello Kancha,

In looking over your first email I did a search for "Bobl" and see that this is listed in the NinjaTrader Instrument Manager as "Euro Bobl Future" for instrument name FGBM with the current front month of 03-17.

I then connected to our NinjaTrader demo account and selected the FGBM 03-17 contract in the orders tab, and I was also unable to get any live data for this instrument.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to get live market data for the FGBM "Bobl" 03-17 contract when using the NinjaTrader demo account.

Could you kindly confirm that it will work for a LIVE account?

I mean FGBM is available for data streaming on a NT7 live account?

Thank you for your reply.

Yes, I contact the Brokerage and they said that if you have a live account you would be able to get live data for "FGBM" by subscribing to the Eurex exchange.
