    why Another print ?

    why the print at 2:15 pm pst ?

    are 'you' going to get rid of it ?

        Thanks for your note.

        Reviewing the other post that we have interacted on regarding this matter, I am seeing that we have not yet received the lot and trace files regarding this matter. To clarify, is the time stamp of this bar still not changing when the session template is changed?

        Please send me a note to platformsupport (at) ninjatrader (dot) com. Attach your most current log and trace files to the email, and put a link to this forum post in the body of the email. Please note "ATTN: Drew" in the body of the response.

        You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

        The log file will be named "log.20170226.txt"

        You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

        The trace file will be named "trace.20170226.txt"

            Hello,

            This bar was printed with a timestamp ending in :15 due to the session template in use, CME US Index Futures ETH, which ends each day on :15 past the hour. The bar appears small due to the break in trading every day.

            You had previously mentioned that your time stamp does not change when the session template is changed. That being the case, I'm happy to review the log and trace files if you would like to send them into Platform Support.
