Can`t connect to the FXCM

I have no idea what happened, but i cannot no longer connect to my FXCM DEMO account.

There is an error:
Login failed: A connection cannot be established since your account supports hedging. You must contact your broker to have hedging disabled before you can connect.

I`ve tried to create a new demo account also, but it didn't help.

Could you please help me?

Hello Filip,

I suggest to apply for a new FXCM demo connection at the link below. Make sure Asset Class is set to Forex. Create new demo connection using the new demo login credentials you will receive from FXCM and check if you can connect.

I have a similar situation

I have a similar situation, I am using the new link you suggested, however when I load a chart it will only finish plotting the current bar (regardless of bar time) and when finished it will no longer continue plotting.

Can you please tell me what instrument you have selected in the chart. Do you receive realtime data if you select the EURUSD in the chart? If not, please check the items at the link below which can explain why charts do not receive realtime data.
