Profit and Loss Error

Hello Support,
I have the problem of my profit and loss being grossly underestimated both during a trade and at the completion of a trade in both chart trader and the DOM.I have a demo account at FXCM. My live futures account is unaffected. I have the same problem with both versions of Ninjatrader 7 and 8. It also makes no difference whether I am using Ninjatrader servers or FXCM servers the problem still exists. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

May I ask for an example of the underestimated Profit and Loss? What instrument is this seen on?

If you run an Account Performance report in NinjaTrader 7 or Trade Performance report in NinjaTrader 8, does the Trades tab show the Profit and Loss incorrectly?

Profit andLoss Error

The problem exists in all currency pairs. The last trade that I had I placed a trade for 100,000k with a profit target of 5 ticks and the profit generated at close of trade was $7.81
The account performance tab in Ninjatrader 7 is also showing the same amounts. I have attached an image for your perusal. I hope it is legible.

Thank you for your response.

The currency conversion is not known unless you have the USD pairs for each side of the currency pair traded viewed in realtime in NinjaTrader 7.

For example, go to File > New > Market Analyzer > right click > Add Instrument > select Currency > type EURUSD > OK > right click > Add Instrument > select Currency > USDJPY > OK > right click > select Currency > EURJPY > OK.

As you place trades, you should see the proper profit and loss now.

I have done as you have instructed and created a currency list in Market Analyzer but the currency pairs are not staying in the list.
If I close the Market Analyzer and reopen it the list is gone or does the Market Analyzer have to stay open.
