Problems updating V6.5

Whenever I receive notice of a newer version of V6.5 I run into trouble.
First I download the update and then open it as per instructions.

Then the upgrade tells me that it cannot find something and in the end I need to delete NT and start from scratch again.

I have forgotten what it is that NT update cannot find and the only way to find out is to repeat the upgrade process, unless of course someone can help me

Hello,

Upon upgrading to a new version, it is best to uninstall the current version via Windows Control Panel-->Add/Remove Programs. You will save your settings, since these are located under My Documents-->NinjaTrader 6.5 and will not be deleted.

Please let me know if the issue persists using this manner.
