Where to find TWS 960.2g

Where can I get TWS 960.2g to install with new NT7 7.0.1000.34 ?

Interactive brokers site is giving TWS version 964 and 963 .... but no 960

Hello,

I am trying to install this version of TWS (760.2g) in my computer but I receive the next message:

"This verison of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need an x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) verion of the program.

In my computer I have installed Windows 7 of 32 bits.

What can I do in order to install this version of the TWS? I am currently running the 944.3 version, so I am forced to update.

You have a couple options:

• Upgrade your PC to a 64-bit supported operating system.
• Use a newer version of TWS which is provided in 32-bit. This can be obtained directly from Interactive Brokers. This is unsupported on our end as we have not tested other versions of TWS but may work without issue. You will need to make sure to launch TWS first and then connect within NinjaTrader if you choose to do this.

have this problem as well

have both a 64bit and an older 32bit machine

there must be a 960 32bit version available from IB if a vendor like ninjatrader ask for it ?




Also why did you test it on 960 and not on the version available on IB site (963, 964) that everyone can download ?

We have asked Interactive Brokers and unfortunately there is no 960.2g 32-bit version available. We chose to support 960.2g in NinjaTrader 7 because this version had already been thoroughly tested for use with NinjaTrader 8. We will consider supporting a newer version of TWS which is provided in 32-bit.

You may use the newer TWS 32-bit version which is available from Interactive Brokers, but keep in mind that this has not been internally tested and therefore is officially unsupported. However, many clients find that using different versions of TWS have no negative consequences.

If you do choose to use an unsupported version of TWS, please note that you will need to open TWS first before connecting within NinjaTrader.
