Failure - Zen Fire Login

I'm suddenly unable to log in to my demo Zen Fire feed on NT. Message comes up:

Login failed:Unable to login (10001)

I removed and then reinstalled the Zen Fire connection, but still the same.

Last time this happened, there was a problem with AMP, my broker. They deleted my user and then gave me a new one and all was well.

Just wondering if there is a problem right now with Zen Fire or not.

I'm having trouble connecting to my trading account with Zen-Fire.. anyone knows if they've got some issues ?

Try rebooting your machine and see if that works.

Rokster, please try the above. If that doesn't help let me know what the error is when you try to connect.

Hi Vincent,

I've done that ( several times ! ), and no change.

When I try to connect Ninja just goes of into never-never land. Normal browsing / email / IM is not affected.
