using IB as data feed

I just connected to my IB account, and choose a USD/JPY to see the chart

Even I chose Aug 15, which is today as the last day. 30 min chart.

It still not showing the last date, and it goes back to Aug 08, 2008 as the last date.

Any idea?

I can see the live data, and today's data when using forex.com and ninja's data stream.

It is working now after I close and open the whole chart.

Why does it happen?

Do I need to do it if I go back to forex.com's server's data feed?

Not sure why this happened, but if it happens again please send a note to support with your log files so we can assist.

What might help as well next time is Tools--> Historical Data--> Reload.

I tried to reload historic data, and reconnect, no luck. So I go ahead and close chart, and it fixed the issue that way.
