Gann fan stopped working

Hello,

for some reason the gann fan stopped working when I tried to place it on several charts. For some reason the pivot points do not work either. Do you know what I may be able to do to trouble shoot/fix this?

Are you using NinjaTrader 7 or 8?

So that I can look into this issue further, can you please clarify what you mean when you say "the gann fan stopped working"? Are you not able to see the gann fan on the chart? Or, is there some other issue?

Also, are you not able to see the pivot points on your chart? How many days or bars do you have loaded on your chart and do you have "Auto scale" turned on?

i have the gann fan on a few charts but all of a sudden it stopped appearing everytime i try to place it on a chart. Also, the pivot does not show up as well. I have 180 days loaded on crude oil. Auto scale under the data series tab seems to be turned on. Thanks

So that I can look into this issue further, please send me your log and trace files. You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Platform Support.

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
