No online FDAX data today

    No online FDAX data today

    I can get the historical data, but there is no online data coming for FDAX today.

    Hello curious,

    Can you please tell me to what data feed/broker you connect in NinjaTrader.

    Do you see any errors in the Control Center-->Log-tab that reference the FDAX?

    What expiry month do you have selected for the FDAX? Make sure you have the 09-17 expiry month selected. You can find instructions to rollover futures instruments at the link below.

      I've got 9-17

      P.S.:
      1) NT 7.0.1000.34
      2) No problems for others: ES, CL...
      3) When I build a new 1min FDAX chart I can see all the data till current moment, but there is no further data coming

        Can you please disconnect Rithmic at Control Center-->File-->Disconnect. Subsequently go to Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Data-tab and click Reset Instruments. Once finished, please restart NinjaTrader. Check if you now receive realtime data for the FDAX 09-17.

        If not, I suggest to contact your broker to check your data enablements for the Eurex exchange. If you have your account with our NinjaTrader brokerage, please send us an email at brokeragesupport[AT]ninjatrader[dot]com.

            More Rithmic FDAX Data Problems

            FDAX through RIthmic was down until about 10:15 AM eastern on Monday. They had did some kind of upgradeover the weekend with Eurex and it didn't work. Today,Tuesday, they are still having problems so be careful trading. There was a 14 minute no data gap at 3:26 AM eastern. No telling if it happens again or not. I will be contacting them again.

              I have been informed by Rithmic that the issue has been fixed. You should receive realtime data again for Eurex instruments when connected to Rithmic/Rithmic for NinjaTrader Brokerage in NinjaTrader.

                      Well, as I can see at http://www.eurexchange.com/exchange-en/products/idx/dax/DAX--Futures/17206
                      FDAX trading is alive.

                      When I create a new FDAX chat in NT it shows all the data tiil current moment, but there is no new data comes.

                      When is it gonna be fixed?

                        I am down on FDAX too. No new data since market close yesterday. I am using Rithmic. What data feed are you using?

                              We have been advised by our Orders desk the issue is isolated to Rithmic - I suggest contacting your broker directly for further information or to manage positions if needed. I will update here as soon as we have additional information.
