E sig data

If I have an esig historical data account that is properly functioning why will it not creat a chart other than with the current contract ...I tried to build a june 08 er2 contract chart ..it looks as if the data loaded but the chart is blank...

Check your Format Data Series time frame.

Ensure that your time frame for the chart encompasses the earlier expiry date's active trading dates.

I set the date fields for 3/1/08 to 6/1/08...this is well within the 6/08 contract active date....still no chart...what now....?
