    Cannot download replay data

    Hello,

    I am trying to use replay feature and keep getting this message: "
    Error on downloading replay data: Connection to data server is busy or not available right now. Please try again later.

      No Historical Data

      Same problem here with replay & additionally my Ninja 7 can't connect to historical data server:
      7/16/2017 1:48:27 PM,Connection,Unable to connect to NinjaTrader data server (HDS3.NinjaTrader.com/31654): A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 208...

      Please advise.

        I deleted Ninja db & it's working now.

          Thank you for posting.

          I'm happy to check into this with anyone seeing this behavior if you would please email at PlatformSupport [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In your message please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace files. You will find these diagnostic files in the Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > Trace folder. I will need to review a copy of the files which are named 'trace.20170716.XXXXX.txt'. There will likely be multiple files for each day.

            Hi saturntd,

            Thanks for the suggestion. For those those do not want to delete the database (and end up with an 'empty' database): you can simply repair your current database by: Tools > Options > Data tab > Repair DB.

            The Download Replay Data should work after that.
