    Cancelling a SetTrailStop() Order

    Hello.

    Can the following be done in an NT Strategy?

    I have a SetTrailStop() in the OnExecution() section of a strategy.

    If the trade makes $50 in profit, I want to set a BreakEven Stop Loss in the OnUpdate() section (.i.e. SetStopLoss(CalculationMode.Price, Position.AvgPrice).

    At this point, is there any way to cancel the SetTrailStop() that was set in the OnExecution() section?

    I want to cancel the SetTrailStop() and just let the SetStopLoss() run.

    Hello SilverSurfer1,

    It would not be possible to cancel an order generated with a set method.

    You would need to use exit orders instead, or control the trailing behavior with logic.
