With the strategy wizard you can only use SetStopLoss in the initialize section and this is why you would need to set a static stop loss. The strategy wizard is not capable of using SetStopLoss dynamically as you have been attempting.
Is the sample/link I previously provided there are examples of both a statically SetStopLoss as well as a dynamiaclly adjusted SetStopLoss, however this is not strategy wizard generated code. To use a dynamically SetStopLoss you would need to work directly in Ninjascript code.
So the bottom line is yes you can write code for a dynamically SetStopLoss, however not in the strategy wizard.
