The email said
$1,562.50 is in the table total net profit column [red ellipse].
Approximate $6600 is on the chart. [two red ellipses and red line].

JUST AN UPDATE ...
I still have received no reply from platform support or to this thread but no problem, not urgent. working intensely with verizon searching for any problem/problems with my email account. I have no problems with email with any other correspondents ... and only intermittently with ninja.

Are you able to reproduce this behavior using the SampleMACrossOver strategy that is included with NinjaTrader?

If not, may I test your script on my end to see if I am able to reproduce this behavior?
