I think the instrument lists could be improved to allow a better organization of the trading instruments.
Stock market instruments, as far as I know, are organized in three ways;
The three classification systems are GICS, ICB and TRBC.
So in my opinion, NT8 instrument lists should allows us to organize the instruments not only in one folder, but in several folders, for example:
US stocks - Sector - industry - instruments;
Exchange - Sector - Industry - Instruments;
European stocks - Exchange - Sector - Industry - Instruments;
European stocks - Exchange - Sector - Industry -Country - Instruments;
These are just a few examples, but the options are infinite and allow any user to organize instruments the way he thinks is more convenient to the way he works.
The structure of the instrument list could also be uploaded to the market analyzer, to allow a better organization of the instruments according to the user needs.
Other things could also be improved, the ability to change the name of the "instrument lists" after they are created, and to be able to export instruments from one list to another list, instead of having to add them all by hand.
I think these ideas could improve the NT8 a lot and make it more friendly user to traders that trade many types of instruments.
