With other brokers, this is referred to as a PAMM account but as far as I have been able to find out, it appears this is not supported by Ninja, hence the question whether the API might help or if there is some other solution that someone might be using. Any help greatly appreciated!

Trade multiple accounts simultaneously
I have been asked to trade someone else's account simultaneously with mine, i.e. when I place a trade in Ninjatrader8 (OCO) or single order, the exact same order and subsequently trade should be placed in two or more accounts simultaneously. If there would be an option to set a relative size difference, so that if I place an order for two contracts in my account, it is possible to pre-set so that the second account automatically places a multiple thereof, that would be a bonus.
With other brokers, this is referred to as a PAMM account but as far as I have been able to find out, it appears this is not supported by Ninja, hence the question whether the API might help or if there is some other solution that someone might be using. Any help greatly appreciated!Tags: None

Hello fredrikn,
Thanks for your post and welcome to the NinjaTrader forum.
That is correct. Account groups are no longer supported in NinjaTrader 8, but we are tracking demand for this through a feature request. I went ahead and added a vote on your behalf. The internal tracking number for this feature request is SFT-889. Please reference this internal tracking number if you ever have questions regarding this feature request.
When a feature request is implemented, you'll find it in the release notes: http://ninjatrader.com/support/helpG...ease_notes.htm
In the meantime, this could be accomplished with NinjaScript by submitting orders directly to the specific accounts. Please see the following link for more information on CreateOrder() inside the Account class: https://ninjatrader.com/support/help...reateorder.htmJosh G.NinjaTrader Customer Service

Thank you very much Josh for your swift reply.
Is there any way to find out how quickly SFT-889 might be delivered?
There is also another request already in the system I believe, which is relating to the possibility to create quarterly charts, it would be very useful to see what features are in the system and some form of prioritization or planned release date for them (if one has been assigned)
Thank you again for your help!

fredrikn,
There are many factors involved when implementing feature requests including but not limited to:- Demand which is measured by objective user requests and subjective discretion on the part of our Product Management team
- Feasibility
- Developer bandwidth
- Current projects in the queue
- Economics
Please let me know how I can be of further assistance.Josh G.NinjaTrader Customer Service
