    NT8 fails to start after installation of Agile.NET Code Protection for NT

    We ve just purchased Agile.NET Code Protection for NT advised by NT for code protection in NT8. After proper installation and licensing of Agile.NET Code Protection our NT8 fails to start and shows some cryptic core exceptions. Please watch attached screen. Please advise. Thank you.

    May I confirm that CliSecure is not installed on this computer?

    Is Agile.NET able to launch without issue?

    Please send an email to platformsupport [at] ninjatrader [dot] com so that we may request your log and trace files.

      Agile.NET starts without problem. NT8 does not start. No idea what CliSecure is.
      Essentially, it is clean system where only NT8 is installed. Now added Agile.NET.
      NT8 was running very fine for several months before we installed Agile.NET.

        This error was resolved after upgrading NT8 to latest version available on NT site.

          I am glad you were able to resolve the behavior.

          If NinjaTrader was an older version, the Log would have indicated this.

          I was looking out for an email at platformsupport [at] ninjatrader [dot] com with a link to this forum thread but I didn't see any emails coming in with a link to this thread.

            Hello
            All our logs were properly sent yesterday. We had no advise from support to upgrade version after sending logs.
            We are in further discussion with your support over e-mail on more issues we have found after resolving this error.
