Detect Price Scale Change

How should one detect price scale changes? I tried hooking the PropertyChanged handler on the ChartScale object, but it never fires. This for an AddOn.

You could use MaxValue, saving the pervious value to a variable and then checking if the current value equals the last value, if not, a change has occurred,
