    Indicator not downloading

Hi, when I try to download this indicator, https://ninjatraderecosystem.com/use...indicator-nt8/ - the indicator does not download, only an image of the picture shown on the page does.

    Thanks,

Worked fine for me. Did you accept terms and conditions ( a small window should have popped up)? Then save to a location of your choice.

      Hello syxforex,

      Thanks for your post.

I see the same thing (image download). I tried with both google chrome and Internet explorer and both downloaded the image only.

We'll get that corrected as soon as we can, sorry for the issue.

        Hello syxforex,

Please try the download again, I was just informed that the link has been corrected and it worked for me.

So many customers are experiencing the same problem (cannot download) for so long and the NinjaTrader support team repeats the same message.
It works fine on my side, please answer all the questions - your computer, windows version, browser...
Provided answers and tried everything they suggested, nothing works.

Following is the indicator I tried to download and failed.

Works fine for me as long as I allow scripts from ajax.googleapis.com, I'm only guessing but a possible source of the problem could be ad or tracking blockers.
However many sites use the google scripts, so it would affect browsing experience for a lot of pages.

              Appreciate the tip, Mojo.
Pardon my ignorance, how do I 'allow scripts from ajax.googleapis.com'?
I use Chrome on Windows 10.

              Thanks.

jungle, certainly chrome won't block google scripts out of the box, if you haven't got any ad/tracking blockers addons installed it's certainly a problem with the site.

Every web developer tests their code for compatibility with chrome so I am surprised that there are errors.
